SUMMARY:

Clean air and water are important to everyone.  Since these are matters primarily of local concern not involving interstate or international activities, then they should be matters for state and county government.  A large concern with many citizens are pollutants and additives in our air and water.  Reasonable regulation is appropriate to protect the health of the community.  Over-regulation and taxing of these natural resources are inappropriate.  Supply of clean water can best be accommodated by the private sector.  Control of pollutants and additives in public resources, however, should be monitored and regulated by government to minimize hazardous conditions and situations.

We believe, of primary concern to the people, is that they want air that is safe to breath and water that is safe to drink.  Without clean air and water, the benefits of technology in satisfying our various interests become moot.  After all, what good is technology if the end result is sickness and death.  On the other hand, it is naive to think that a certain amount of pollutants or adverse problems won’t occur as the human species attempts to advance itself.  But, what is necessary is to understand the tradeoffs, consequences, risks, and benefits, under the guidance of well-defined and tolerable limits, associated with our advancement.  Mutual respect for everyone’s interests must be weighed and accommodated.

It is a proper function of government to monitor, regulate, and reasonably control technologies, accounting for the many considerations, to ensure the safety and prosperity of the community.  Each level of government is responsible to its respective citizens.  These governments have a duty to work together, exercising such powers and authorities that have been delegated to them by the people.  Since these matters are predominantly of local concern, the States should be principally involved in their regulation.

Because most significant advancements in technology derive from corporate enterprises (not to exclude other forms of business entities), their respective governing authorities (in most cases, the States) should establish reasonable controls upon such enterprises to protect public health and safety, the environment, our natural resources, and other considerations.  Emphasis should be placed on the use of recyclable or reusable materials and containers, and to ensure that disposable materials be biodegradable when exposed to the natural elements.  Programs that balance economic with environmental considerations should be implemented which satisfy both needs.

We do not believe that all by-products will be reusable, but we do expect that proper methods be implemented to protect our air and water from unnecessary or inadvertent or accidental contamination.  If this requires the development of new waste disposal technologies, then such technologies should be enthusiastically pursued.  For example, processes such as Thermal De-Polymerization of trash renders all its toxins and poisons inert, while producing fuel, oxygen, and water in its process.

Of additional concern are additives, such as lime and fluoride to our drinking water.  Lime is used to adjust the pH of the water close to 7.0.  Though this renders the water neutral with respect to a healthy person’s natural pH levels, the principle reason is to control the acidic level of the water to prevent corrosion in community water lines.  However, lime molecules attach to the water molecules, forming super-sized molecule clusters that cannot be easily absorbed by a person’s body tissues.  Additionally, the four essential minerals found in natural water (calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium) and used in the body’s digestion process, are often removed from our drinking water.

In the case of fluoride, the public has been sold on the idea that this very potent poison is beneficial for fighting tooth decay.  However, the reality is that fluoride affects people’s vitality and emotions.  This was demonstrated during WWII when the Germans used fluoride in prisoners’ water supply to make them docile and passive.  Recent studies have revealed that the potential risks from drinking fluoridated water outweighs any perceived benefits.  Continued use of fluoride in water is now considered an outdated health policy.  For more information on fluoride, see http://www.slweb.org/limeback.html.

When it comes to our skies, much controversy exists over the appearance of unusual trails, often referred to as “chemtrails”, for at least the past decade.  Official responses reveal that these trails created by high-flying aircraft are nothing more than “contrails”, which are created from water vapor ejected through the normal exhaust of aircraft engines that condenses in the cold atmosphere.  On the other hand, many citizens have raised concern that these unusual trails, which tend to linger as opposed to quickly dissipating, may be evidence of other phenomena, suggesting that government is releasing chemicals into our skies for various clandestine purposes.  Whatever the case may be, there is no “official” or credible verification to indicate, in fact, why these trails are so distinct.  Nevertheless, these trails visibly pollute our skies, no less than garbage pollutes our roadways.  Whether it is a health hazard or not, they are unsightly and raise suspicion from the public.  We live in a time when the public confidence in government is quite low, and a large sector of the public have become increasingly suspicious and uneasy concerning the policies and activities of government.  To clear the table and rebuild the trust from the people for its government, this is a phenomenon that merits investigation from a consortium of experts to rectify and clearly settle this situation.  What the general populace knows is that, since WWII, high-flying aircraft have emitted visible exhaust trails in our skies, trails which quickly disappear.  These new trails are a fairly recent phenomena, and they behave quite differently than what people are accustom to.  So, what has changed in the operations or technology of aircraft that would cause these new trails to suddenly appear?  The people deserve a credible answer.  For more information on the subject of “chem-trails”, we strongly recommend you watch the video titled “What in the World are They Spraying”, viewable online at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jf0khstYDLA and available for purchase at http://www.realityzone.com/whatspray.html.

Clean air and water are among the fundamental necessities for human life.  Therefore, we deem it appropriate that proper safeguards be implemented on the local level to ensure the health of the community.  Such matters are of a domestic nature, and should therefore be provided on the state and county levels of government.
