We fundamentally believe that the Constitution gives Congress the right to grant Patent Protection to Authors and Inventors and that that right may not be deferred to any foreign agency, country, or entity.

We believe that for the greater good of humanity that the US government may purchase patent rights for just compensation which would be equal to: development costs + an estimated 5 years of revenues.

Should a drug or invention be created that could fundamentally transform humanity and improve the human condition it may be in the country’s best interest to spread this prosperity to as many Americans as possible by introducing competition into the system. By purchasing the patent rights from an individual or company the government may auction off these rights to other individuals or companies that will add competition to the system while still providing a means of incentive for individuals and companies to push the bounds of research and technology.
